Criteria of the dependent Visa?

At Least 18 years of age if a partner.
A spouse or the de facto partner of the applicant.
Unmarried and dependent child under 18 years.
Must satisfy the GEnuine Temporary Entrant criterion and prove that they are applying to stay in Australia as a family unit.

Health Insurances

Family members and the dependents of the main applicant needs to provide the evidence of adequate health insurance in order to ensure the grant of their visa for the period of their stay.
